Conflict Dynamics Profile® 360

What This Pathway Helps You Explore.

The Conflict Dynamics Profile® 360 pathway provides a structured opportunity to better understand how your behaviours and responses are experienced by the people you work with.

Together, we'll explore questions such as:

  • Which responses come most naturally to me?
  • How are my behaviours and responses experienced by others?
  • What strengths do others recognize?
  • Are there patterns or behaviours that deserve closer attention?
  • How might my responses influence my conversations and relationships?

People often leave with a deeper understanding of themselves, a greater appreciation of their strengths, and new insight into how their behaviours and responses are experienced by the people they work with.

Whatever emerges, the goal is to better understand yourself, your relationships, and the impact your behaviours and responses may have on your conversations, to consider what information feels most meaningful to you, and decide where you'd like to focus your attention moving ahead.

Bringing More Than One Perspective Together.

We each experience conflict from our own perspective. Inviting the perspectives of people who work with you creates an opportunity to explore where those perspectives align, where they differ, and what can be learned from them.

You'll begin by completing the Conflict Dynamics Profile® assessment yourself. You'll also invite people who work with you to complete a confidential assessment about how they experience you.

Bringing multiple perspectives together provides a fuller picture and richer foundation for thoughtful reflection, meaningful conversation, and greater understanding than any single perspective alone could provide.

Turning Information Into Understanding.

Alongside your assessment results, you'll receive written comments from your respondents, offering additional context and insight into how your behaviours and responses are experienced.

During your 90-minute debrief, we'll review your report together, highlight the areas that stand out, and thoughtfully explore what they might mean within the context of your role, your relationships, and the situations you're navigating.

Rather than trying to interpret every detail, we'll focus on the information that feels most meaningful to you and where you'd like to focus your attention moving forward.

What Your Experience Looks Like.

1. Discovery Session

We'll begin with a Discovery Session to answer your questions, talk about your role and circumstances, and determine whether the Conflict Dynamics Profile® 360 pathway is the right fit for what you'd like to explore.

2. Complete Your Assessment

You'll complete the Conflict Dynamics Profile® assessment, reflecting on your own experiences and responses to conflict.

3. Choose Your Respondents

You'll identify the people you'd like to invite to provide confidential feedback. These are individuals who have had the opportunity to work closely with you and may include your supervisor, colleagues, direct reports, or others who regularly work with you.

During your Discovery Session, we'll discuss the most appropriate respondent groups for your role and circumstances, along with the recommended number of respondents to support meaningful feedback while helping maintain confidentiality.

4. Receive Your Report

Once the assessments have been completed, you'll receive your personalized report, bringing together your responses and the confidential feedback provided by your respondents.

You'll also receive your Development Guide before your debrief. It provides additional reflection exercises and resources to support your learning after the debrief.

5. 90-Minute Debrief

During your one-to-one debrief, we'll review your report together, consider the information that stands out, and discuss what feels most meaningful to you.

6. Next Steps

Together, we'll discuss any next steps that feel appropriate for you. For some people, that may mean continuing their development through coaching. Others may choose to continue reflecting on their own or explore additional learning resources.
