Conflict Coaching for Conversations That Matter
Conflict has you wondering what to do next?
Whether you're preparing for a conversation that matters, trying to make sense of one that's already happened, or wondering how to move forward when the other person won't or can't re-engage, conflict can leave you wondering what to do next.
You've probably gone over it in your head more than once.
Perhaps you're rehearsing for an upcoming conversation, trying to find the right words.
Maybe you're replaying what happened, wishing things had gone differently.
Or perhaps you've imagined what you'd say if you had another opportunity.
When a situation matters, it's natural to keep thinking about it.
Sometimes, though, each time you come back to it, you find yourself in the same place, and you just want to move forward.
A different kind of conversation.
You don't have to keep trying to work through it in the middle of everything else life demands of you.
A Discovery Session gives you time and space - a place that's been set aside just for you - to begin where you are. You'll have the opportunity to share what's been happening and what you're hoping for. I'll introduce my approach to coaching and answer your questions.
By the end of our conversation, you'll have what you need to decide if coaching is the next step and whether we're the right fit.
What changes through coaching?
You see and understand your situation more fully through coaching. From that fuller understanding comes clarity about your next step.
For some people, that means feeling more prepared for a conversation that matters. For others, it's discovering what matters most, understanding themselves and the other person more fully, or finding peace to let go of something they can no longer change.
Through greater understanding comes more intentional choices: how you show up, what you say, how you respond, what questions to ask, and what to let go of.
It's knowing your next step and being willing to take it.
Let's begin our conversation.
If you're interested in exploring what's been happening and figuring out your next step, I look forward to meeting you.
