The Conflict Dynamics Profile® (CDP) is a tool used to assess your behaviours and attitudes in conflict situations. It provides insights into how you typically respond to conflict and identifies your preferred conflict navigation strategies.  These responses can be constructive or destructive, active or passive, in nature. 

The CDP aims to promote self-awareness, which is the starting point to improving your conflict navigation skills.
