About Penny

Penny is a military Veteran who now supports introverts to connect deeply with themselves, building the confidence to be seen, heard, and understood. This enables them to share their unique gifts, benefiting both themselves and their communities.  It's this belief in individual potential that underpins Penny's human-centric approach to coaching; she sees each person as a complex individual whose life consists of experiences, perspectives, values, and beliefs unique to them.

Penny's passion for this work shines through in her own words: "I love co-creating a space to facilitate a person’s deep thinking, meaning-making, and action toward their outcome. It’s a privileged place to be part of and powerful to witness how coaching moments can inspire a positive ripple effect in a person’s life."

With a Bachelor's degree in psychology and specialized training in mediation, conflict management, and life coaching, Penny is an experienced trainer and coach. She's also a Conflict Dynamics® Profile Practitioner.

Founding Gottaminute in 2024, Penny offers coaching and education services, drawing on her experience working with individuals and on product development across Europe and North America

Beyond her passion for coaching, Penny enjoys morning workouts at a local gym, cherishes time with close family and friends, and loves exploring the world (sometimes by motorcycle).

"Penny helped me develop strategies for larger tasks I was putting off, or not completing, and worked with me to develop healthier daily work practices to accomplish more, in a healthy manner. Despite having learned things in the past, they were forgotten or neglected; Penny reminded me of what has worked in the past, what is working now, what other options existed, and supported me in making tangible work plans, or approaches, to tackle what needed to get done... while reminding me to smell the roses.

"Progress, not perfection." After each session, Penny always made sure I was clear in what needed to happen, and made sure I had a solid approach while making sure my self-talk was positive and not critical. All this helped me re-align myself with new practices, remind myself of old practices, and provide me with tools to re-evaluate things when times get tricky, like a thought ladder. Thank you, Penny, for the support, guidance, and positivity."
