"Penny helped me develop strategies for larger tasks I was putting off, or not completing, and worked with me to develop healthier daily work practices to accomplish more, in a healthy manner. Despite having learned things in the past, they were forgotten or neglected; Penny reminded me of what has worked in the past, what is working now, what other options existed, and supported me in making tangible work plans, or approaches, to tackle what needed to get done... while reminding me to smell the roses.

"Progress, not perfection." After each session, Penny always made sure I was clear in what needed to happen, and made sure I had a solid approach while making sure my self-talk was positive and not critical. All this helped me re-align myself with new practices, remind myself of old practices, and provide me with tools to re-evaluate things when times get tricky, like a thought ladder. Thank you, Penny, for the support, guidance, and positivity."
